1. About AZREDA GLOBAL MART
AZREDA GLOBAL MART is an online marketplace operated by AZREDA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED. Our vision is to make useful agricultural products, farming machinery, irrigation products, tools, household products and other everyday goods easier to discover and purchase through a trusted digital marketplace.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, registering as a vendor, joining a referral program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies.
3. Customer Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, abuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
4. Shopping & Marketplace Services
We aim to provide a convenient marketplace where customers can discover and compare products, place orders, make eligible payments, track orders and contact sellers or AZREDA support. Product availability, specifications, prices, delivery estimates and offers may change from time to time.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, photographs, specifications, prices and availability. Minor differences in colour, packaging, model appearance or manufacturer packaging may occur.
6. Prices, Payments & Orders
Prices shown on the website may change. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, payment charges or other clearly disclosed charges may apply. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment or other approved payment arrangements. We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue or technical error.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Available delivery information will be provided at checkout or in order details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, transport disruption, holidays, remote locations or other events outside our reasonable control.
8. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds depend on the product category, seller policy, product condition and the applicable return policy displayed on the product or order page. Certain products may be non-returnable for legitimate reasons. Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original or eligible payment method.
9. Agricultural Machinery, Equipment & Warranty
Agricultural machinery, power weeders, reapers, pumps, sprayers, tools, batteries and related equipment may have product-specific installation, usage, maintenance and warranty conditions. Warranty coverage, where offered, is subject to the manufacturer’s or seller’s stated warranty terms.
10. Vendors / Sellers
Approved vendors may list and sell products through AZREDA GLOBAL MART subject to platform rules and applicable agreements. Vendors are responsible for truthful product information, lawful products, pricing, inventory, fulfilment, customer service and compliance with applicable laws.
11. Vendor Registration
Vendor applicants must provide genuine business and contact information and any documents reasonably required for verification. Approval as a vendor is subject to verification and platform requirements.
12. Referral Program
Where available, members may earn referral benefits according to the referral rules displayed by AZREDA GLOBAL MART. Referral codes must be used honestly for eligible users or transactions. Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, fraudulent transactions, misleading promotion and spam are prohibited.
13. Referral Code & Program Consent
If you choose to join the referral program, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable referral terms. A referral code does not guarantee a reward. Program rules, eligibility and rewards may be changed, paused or discontinued with appropriate notice.
14. Promotions, Coupons & Offers
Coupons, discounts, cashback, promotional prices and other offers may have separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, usage limits and product restrictions.
15. User Conduct
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unauthorised access, malicious activity, false reviews, fake orders or payment abuse.
16. Reviews, Feedback & User Content
Where reviews, ratings, questions or other user content are allowed, the content should be genuine, lawful and relevant. We may remove abusive, deceptive, unlawful or inappropriate content.
17. Intellectual Property
AZREDA GLOBAL MART, its branding, logos, website design, original text, graphics and other platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
18. Third-Party Sellers, Brands & Services
Some products or services may be supplied by third-party sellers, manufacturers, brands, logistics providers or payment providers. Their applicable terms and warranties may also apply.
19. Payment Security
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Do not share your OTP, PIN, CVV, password or other confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to be AZREDA support.
20. Privacy
Customer, vendor and order information may be used to operate the marketplace, process orders, provide support and communicate important service information. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
21. Website Availability
We aim to keep AZREDA GLOBAL MART available and reliable, but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, network failures, security incidents or events outside our control.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AZREDA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party services, delivery delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

24. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall, subject to mandatory consumer and statutory rights and applicable law, be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
25. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
AZREDA GLOBAL MART provides a grievance redressal mechanism for complaints relating to products, services, orders, sellers, payments, referrals or other matters concerning the platform. Users may submit a complaint through our designated support/contact channel and should include their order number or relevant account details where applicable. We will acknowledge consumer complaints within the period required by applicable law and aim to resolve them within the applicable statutory timeline.
